Our contract clearly outlines what is considered damage, and what is considered 'fair, wear & tear' - so make sure you read through the contract carefully.
Make sure you inform your insurance company at the time of any accidents. You should also inform us of any damage to the van, and of any insurance claims made. You are responsible for returning the van in its expected condition, so you should get in contact with us if you are unsure of what to do.
We offer vans nationwide directly to your door. Delivery charges are dependent on your exact location, but delivery starts from just £125+VAT.
No - Breakdown cover is not included for new customers. We have faced lots of challenges with our recovery partners, and have been forced to remove this. We recommend you sign up with a reputable vehicle breakdown company for peace of mind.
If we have it in stock, you can have it within 5 working days of your application being approved. We can deliver the van to you for a pre-agreed fee (Starting at £125+VAT) or you can collect it from us for free.

We know every month is different, so your mileage allowance rolls over for the whole duration of your agreement. If you consistently drive further than the monthly allowance, then we may start to charge excess mileage fees, to ensure significant balances don't accumulate. Our standard excess mileage fee is 20p per mile.

You are responsible for providing comprehensive insurance for the van and this will restrict who can legally drive the vehicle. You are responsible for the driver, but if they are fully insured by you and driving within the Highway Code, they are ok with us. The one restriction is that you’re not allowed to hire or sublease the van.
You are only charged more if you damage the vehicle, fail to insure it properly or drive further than your agreed mileage.
